Explanations by Pat and Lauren on all administrative options have always been spot on when dealing with financing and MVA / insurance requirements (plus we were there way past closing the night of our purchase). Finally, young man named Dallas was our sales rep. Never seen a more polite and engaged person at his age. Tom has a gem in him.
