Joe is awesome. All of the coaches adapted to my injuries and I am still able to do the group exercises. There is such a family feel too.

Great gym! Focus on form in lifting inspires a lot of confidence in the Coaches. Warm ups and stretching get you well prepared for work-outs. Friendly atmosphere while maintaining serious work ethic. The order and cleanliness of the gym is pretty impressive!
