Decided to do carry out. While waiting for our pizza the guy making the pizzas went the extra mile to make my daughter smile. He said "I'm making these pizzas with extra fun just for you, okay?" She says his pizza dough skills are "not just cool, they're AMAZING!" Customer service literally at its finest!
Roxanne, as far I know, manages this location and it is absolutely my go-to restaurant when we order pizza for home, special events, work socials, etc. I will even travel the extra distance to order with Hollywood. Roxanne specifically has gone above and beyond to make sure my orders are ready and steaming hot when I am scheduled to pick them up. She's amazing and trains her team to be customer oriented. I can't rave enough about how great I think she is and how exceptional my experiences are at this location!
Pizza consistently yummy...customer service good, and delivery is always either on time, or early. Love that we have Papa John's so close to us. When you call, they don't seem bothered at all to tell you what specials they have going on on that particular day, even though they've probably repeated the same specials 25+ times that day. LOVE Papa John's!!
