They do good work a bit pricy
One other minor gripe was that I had them install a connection to a propane grill. I asked the installer to put the shut off valve in a place that I could easily access it from the deck so that I can turn it off when I'm done grilling. He would only install the valve in a place that was convenient for him. This was an issue with the tech, not the company.
I researched all of the propane suppliers in Southern Maryland and I selected them based on price and reviews. I've been with them for two years and have recommended them to others.

Install went very well. I would rate that a 5. After being held up all morning with "no show- no call this morning, I would rate overall experience as just average.
Had an install scheduled for 8-9 this morning. At 9:05 I called Kathy who initially surveyed my propane needs. I called back again at 10:45. I received a call at 10:56 saying that the truck had broke down but they are now in route. A customer should always be given a call letting them know of any delays, our time is valuable. I'll update after I see how the install goes
The only issue I ever had is that we are on automatic delivery and one time our tank got extremely low. I messaged them to schedule a delivery but I never heard back. A few weeks later a truck did eventually come (via the automatic delivery). So technically we never ran out but I was nervous because we got pretty close.
