Howlin was the concrete provider when we had our driveway done in 2010. Within 3 months, a portion of the driveway began crumbling on the surface in 4-5 different locations. It clearly was an issue of an improper mix since the other section of the driveway, poured earlier that day, had no issues. They attempted to blame the situation on the use of "road salt" which was not possible due to the fact the county and state don't use the type of salt that causes those type of problems. They refused to work with the company who built the driveway to resolve the issue and left them holding "the bag". I would avoid them or any company that using them as a suppler.
