Also-little tip. Your yards are getting muddy and gross. I suggest buying some turf or gravel before the rain hits you hard and every dog that boards is a muddy mess.

Our two labs are regular day campers and occasional boarders at Pawtuxent Bed and Biscuit. Shelby and Jeter get so excited as we pull up and happily go with the staff. The facility is clean and well-maintained. I really like the facility has a natural grass play area that is huge. Our high-energy puppies come home tired and content. We have used Paw B&B for the past 3 months since moving to the area. We will continue to use the facility and highly recommend it to others.
Used to be the only place I would recommend in the entire county. It's a beautiful facility but now they have completely and unprofessionally flipped their staff. I think I'll find somewhere else.
Do you think you are being sly by threatening me and bringing up my place of work? Unfortunately for you, I no longer work at aforementioned facility. I will, however, be boarding at that facility instead of Pawtuxent because of your unprofessional behavior. I now live two hours away- so you can threaten me by bringing up my "manager" but it will do you no good.
Best pet boarding and daycare experience to date. Phenomenal facilities, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Pet chef and groomer are part of staff. Special occasion menus for pet guest available on holidays. Great pricing without extra charges for playtime. Our beloved border terrier Canela is always happy and tired when she stays there. I have had the honor of working with the talented and loving individuals at Pawtuxent Bed & Biscuit. We love each and every one of the furbabies that comes into our "home" and treat them like family... because that's what they are! We love their parents as well and enjoy telling them about the days their babies have with us. We enjoy doing play times and try to do them for as long as we can... sometimes our play times last for over an hour each if time allows it! We have come to know and care for many babies here, and have watched a number of them grow in personality and size ;) We have watched some come in very shy only to get into a play group and warm up! We pair your babies with likewise dogs who share some similar personality traits so that they may warm up and enjoy their time with us. We do understand that some babies just like people more, or just like to be alone, so we accommodate. We can do singular play. If they like balls or other toys, we will spend their play time in the yard playing catch or chasing them around :) We care for your babies like they are our own. I lost my baby last August and he definitely was my whole world. Working here has been very helpful, so believe me when I say your babies have helped me just as much, or even more so than I could ever help them. So we welcome you into our family with open arms because we appreciate everything you do for us, as we try to provide the best care we can for you. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.

I respected your facility by not naming any names in my review. I have seen Pawtuxent in person and while I used to refer everyone and anyone to you guys, I will no longer be doing so. It is in my professional opinion that you hired someone to your team in order to suck the business from other kennels in the SMC community. You knew said person was very personable and knew a lot of people who boarded their animals.
Needed a sitter last minute for a 3 day trip. My pup isn't used to being with anyone else so I was happily surprised to receive pictures of him having a blast with other dogs within hours. I had never seen him having so much fun! The attention to detail and customer service was great!
